United States of America (New York) to Maldives
November 10, 2020
On the Maldives website of Tourism, you can find an approved list of resorts. I searched the list for one of the cheaper ones, because we were staying 17 days. We went to Bandos Maldives, and I highly recommend!!
When you get to the airports, they will ask you for your booking so they can check if it is on the approved list.
Other documents needed: so, resort booking, PCR Test within 96 hours, Declaration Form Code, and return ticket, passport, and enough funds. They didn’t check our funds, but of course have this just in case. You’ll have to fill a declaration 24hrs before departing to Maldives.
I flew from USA with Qatar airlines. From NYC to Qatar, then to Maldives. His flights from India were much easier obviously. It took me almost 30 hours to get there and back. But of course, worth it 😌💕
It wasn’t that difficult as long as you are prepared with all of the documents and resort bookings. Most of the resorts pick you up from airport so it makes it all very easy. The resorts (most) do a PCR test before you leave. We both needed one to get back without any issues.
🙏🏼🌹 we truly had a dream of a time, highly recommend if it’s possible for you to do.
Sending love, light and blessings to all of you on this journey.
